Certain features of the Site may be subject to additional guidelines, terms, or rules, which will be posted on the Site in connection with such features.
THESE TERMS OF USE SET FORTH THE LEGALLY BINDING TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT GOVERN YOUR USE OF THE SITE. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE, YOU ARE ACCEPTING THESE TERMS AND REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE THE RIGHT, AUTHORITY, AND CAPACITY TO ENTER INTO THESE TERMS. YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SITE IF YOU ARE NOT AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD.
1. ABOUT THE SITE
1.1 Informational site. The Site presents Ferrix Ventures as a venture studio and describes the software products it builds and operates. The Site has no user accounts and does not sell anything.
1.2 Products and the accelerator. Each product (such as Systima or Raaaw) is offered on its own website under its own terms and privacy policy, which govern your use of that product. The Ferrix accelerator, its application process and applicant accounts are operated at https://invest.ferrix.ventures under the terms published there.
2. ACCESS TO THE SITE
2.1 License. Subject to these Terms, Company grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to use and access the Site solely for your own personal, noncommercial use.
2.2 Restrictions. You shall not: (a) commercially exploit the Site; (b) modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works; (c) access the Site to build a competitive service; or (d) copy, reproduce, or redistribute Site content without permission.
3. COMMUNICATIONS
3.1 Messages you send us. If you email us or book a meeting through a link on the Site, you agree not to send content that: (i) violates third-party rights; (ii) is unlawful, harassing, abusive, threatening, harmful, defamatory or false; or (iii) violates any law or regulation.
3.2 Product information. Product descriptions, availability, platforms and prices on the Site are summaries. The product's own website is the authoritative source.
4. DISCLAIMERS
THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. COMPANY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
5. LIMITATION ON LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.
6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any dispute between you and Company will be resolved by binding arbitration, except that you may assert individualized claims in small claims court if they qualify. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this provision.

30-Day Opt Out: You may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice to the address above within 30 days after first becoming subject to this agreement.
7. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your rights to use the Site at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
