FERRIX VENTURES, INC. PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy explains how Ferrix Ventures, Inc. (the "Company", "we", "us" or "our") handles information when you visit the Ferrix Ventures studio website at https://www.ferrix.ventures (the "Site").

The Site is informational. It has no user accounts, no forms and no sign-in, and it does not sell anything.

Other Ferrix sites. This policy covers only the Site. The Ferrix accelerator, including its application process and applicant accounts, is operated at https://invest.ferrix.ventures and has its own privacy policy at https://invest.ferrix.ventures/privacy. Each of our products (such as Systima or Raaaw) has its own website and privacy policy.

I. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

1. Analytics, only with your consent

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the Site, and only after you accept analytics in the consent banner. Until you accept, no Google Analytics script is loaded and no analytics cookies are set. If you accept, Google Analytics collects information such as the pages you view, the website you came from, your browser and device type, and approximate location derived from your IP address. Page addresses sent to Google Analytics never include query strings.

Your choice is stored in a cookie named "ferrix_consent". You can change it at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer of the Site.

2. Information you send us

If you email us (for example at santiago@ferrix.ventures or hello@ferrix.ventures) or book a meeting through a link on the Site, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, email address and the content of your message. Meeting bookings are handled by Google Calendar under Google's own terms.

3. Technical data

Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical data such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver the Site and keep it secure.

4. Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to anyone under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

II. HOW WE USE AND SHARE INFORMATION

We use analytics data in aggregate to improve the Site, and we use the information you send us only to reply to you and to follow up on your enquiry. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We share it only with the service providers named above (Google for analytics and calendar bookings, Vercel for hosting), who process it on our behalf.

III. HOW LONG WE KEEP INFORMATION

We keep emails for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up. Google Analytics data is kept according to the retention period set in our Google Analytics property.

IV. YOUR RIGHTS

You can withdraw analytics consent at any time via "Cookie settings". To access, correct or delete your personal information, or to object to its use, email us at santiago@ferrix.ventures. We respond within 30 days.

V. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES

The Site links to other websites, including our products' websites and the accelerator. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of websites we do not operate, and our products' websites are governed by their own privacy policies.

VI. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
